Evan Bayh is not seeking re-election. Dan Coats, the winner of the five-way Republican primary election will face Democratic Congressman Brad Ellsworth, Libertarian Rebecca Sink-Burris, and two independent candidates in the general election.[1][2][3]
All of Indiana's 9 seats in the United States House of Representatives are up for election in 2010.
Incumbent Sec. Todd Rokita (R) is term-limited and cannot run for reelection. Candidates to replace Rokita include Democrat Vop Osili,[4] Republican Charlie White,[5] and Libertarian Mike Wherry.[6]
Incumbent Treasurer Richard Mourdock (R) is running for reelection.[7] His Democratic opponent is Pete Buttigieg.[8]
Incumbent Auditor Tim Berry (R) is running for reelection.[9] His Democratic opponent is Sam Locke [10] and the Libertarian opponent is Eric Knipe.[11]
25 seats in the Indiana Senate are up for election in 2010.
All 100 seats in the Indiana House of Representatives are up for election in 2010.
Multiple judicial positions will be up for election in 2010.
